I gave it some time to dry out then tested for spark by inserting each spark plug into one of the coil packs, touching the manifold, and then cranking.
There was pulsating spark.
So there is fuel and spark but car doesnt start still.

Questions is whats next.

Is the timing belt on right?

Just to summarize, the car has spark, has fuel, it cranks but doesnt start.

Pulled a fresh set of codes(2 new ones appeared)

10 Faults Found:
16795 - Secondary Air Injection System: Incorrect Flow Detected
P0411 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
16395 - Bank 1: Camshaft A (Intake): Retard Setpoint not Reached (Over-Advanced)
P0011 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
16712 - Knock Sensor 1 (G61): Signal too High
P0328 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
18010 - Power Supply Terminal 30: Voltage too Low
P1602 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
17645 - Fuel Injector for Cylinder 1 (N30): Open Circuit
P1237 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
17647 - Fuel Injector for Cylinder 3 (N32): Open Circuit
P1239 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
17648 - Fuel Injector for Cylinder 4 (N33): Open Circuit
P1240 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
17646 - Fuel Injector for Cylinder 2 (N31): Open Circuit
P1238 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
17833 - EVAP Purge Valve (N80): Short to Ground
P1425 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
17955 - Boost Pressure Regulation Valve (N75): Short to Ground
P1547 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent

I did check all the fuses on the drivers side panel and they are good.

Hi.
The evap purge valve fault could be an issue. This is a system to draw fumes from the fuel tank, store them into a charcoal canister and then via the valve recycle them into the intake system. Try disconnecting the pipe work from the intake manifold and trying to start.
