99.5 A4 1.8T will not go into park. Help!!!

It shifts fine otherwise, but I cant get it into park. Any ideas? Thanks.

Press the brake pedal while sliding into park? Audis have had a double interlock feature since...

the "sudden acceleration" idiocy of the 1980s.
