Does the sound come from the front of the car where the timing belt is, or is it towars the back of the engine bay under the valve covers.

if its more of a clack its your rear cam tensioner. You could have bad lifters as well.. check your oil.

Check for leaks around the rear of the engine where the cam chain tension is. If it seems to be running OK I'd just keep it well oiled and try to ignore it. If it gets much noisier I'd take it to a shop if you aren't a DYI sort of guy.

Good luck.

no oil pressure warning ever or anything? I would really get it looked at, noise is caused by somthing, and its probably wearing out fast

STOP DRIVING IT!!!!! Your oil pump pickup is clogged. STOP!!!! you will throw a rod and destroy the engine. have it towed to a shop and the oil pan removed and bearing inspected, if there good, clean the pickup, replace the feed line to the turbo, and fill with fresh synthetic. Change at 5k miles ALWAYS ON TIME! I see this frequently and people need to take that oil warning seriously. The dynamic oil pressure system is smart as hell and knows theres not enough pressure
