Well i have a couple of question or problems i having with my 2000 A4, well first of all my heat doesn't work or i just don't know how to used it? i put the temperature all the way up and still cold air comes out what should i do?? second question is none of my windows go down my sun roof does not open ether what could be the problem i check all my fuses and all of then are fine?? sorry for the questions but this is my first Audi i always own Honda and yea is a big difference.

Heating:
Did you turn-off AUTO button on your A/C?
Maybe clogged up heater core? What your coolant looks like - should be pinkish.

Sunroof: Mine sometimes doesn't work, the switch has lousy contacts, what I do is I just turn the switch and if it is not doing anything, I firmly push on it, and it starts working - try that.

The windows problem could be a ccm (comfort control module) is a small black box under the dash, No heat..is engine getting warm it should be around 82C 185F????

Heat - air lock bleed the coolant system
Windows - I would also check relays. It seems an odd problem something that would normally be off when the ignition was in the off position.
