Hi,
We sold our 2008 A4 Avant with 186k km last fall for $6k and picked up (I'm in Canada) a CPO'd 2019 VW Golf GTI Autobahn with the 7-speed automatic DSG® with Tiptronic®. It had under 32k km!
The GTI gets better mileage than our 2021 A4 allroad and is fun to drive. Of course I would have preferred an R but they are too expensive around here.
