Trip to the dealer today for OPEN SKY warranty items.
I had the oil dropped and a few open sky issues inspected.
Loaner:
2.0TQ A4.
Problem:
Open Sky buzz noise at 60+.
From the customer copy/invoice:
-"Tilting glass roof panel out of adjustment, not centered in it's opening. too far backward. This position will cause a vibration or buzzing noise from a poor 'seal->roof panel' panel contact.
-adjusted tilting glass roof panel (centered).
Seems to be fixed. Only drove 6 miles to the office.
Problem:
They agree the Open Sky shade mechanism doesn't allow it to close easily/properly.
-Part on order. will let you know next week.

Planning on having the Open Sky shade done at 25K miles.
Thing doesn't retract properly most of the time. Once in a while it'll suprise me and retract all the way by itself, like it's supposed to. But more often, it needs help.
I thought there was a TSB for that?
