I had to warm up to the Sportback styling at first, but with a few enhancements...

I just found out that the 2.0T
as of now does NOT come with DSG....it comes with CVT...the order form says Multitroic....interesting...but the AlexTTQ says at teh bottom it is infact DSG...not sure what to make of it...
I havent had Quattro either, something Dennis was trying to point out, and I have not missed it either....but at 200Hp and if you flash the car closer to 250....I think Tq steer would be pretty bad, ala Acura TL.

I agree with you though, the Autoshow model did not look the best...
I think it could have been better...Red is nice and all, but black and even silver looks better...either way, with the SLine pkg that will bow in time, (can be seen on VW Vortex) it will be much improved..and thats what I am banking on...

If I was in the US the 3.2 would be a no-brainer
You say 32-36K for a fully loaded V6. Here a loaded V6 costs 46K Euros, i.e approx US $60K. Combine that with the fact that petrol is way cheaper than the €1.20 a litre we have to pay (it costs me about $90 to fill my cab) and you see why there is no way I'd even consider the, albeit excellent, 2.0T and go to the trouble of chipping it. Also with the V6, nobody expects a car like that to have such a cool exhaust note.
