and perch modifications for the various CCK's struts and stock or aftermarket lowering springs with all the possible combinations available.
First pic is of stock perches which "must" be modified when running BBSE's with UrS Bilsteins front and/or rear. This is required for stock or aftermarket lowering springs when not using coilovers but "with" UrS Bilsteins.
Hole in top of perch must be bored larger than stock. 11/16" (.6875") is good. 17mm is better. You must also eliminate the (gold anodized) cup washers shown left of front upper perches in pic or drill it over-size as well but that's optional and not required.
Above pic shows over-bored perches on bottom and stock bores on top (pic appears that over-size bores are off-center to the right. Thats an illusion due unevenness of bricks/mortar below and angle of sun above). I won't be doing this option for anyone. It's a DIY mod and that's why I've included appropriate drill bit sizes.

Mance-Mount adapter kits

In this pic we have a Mance-Mount with it's included sleeve nut above mount. Standard sleeve nut is appropriate for stock shock/non coilover applications. Sleeve and T304 stainless sleeve nut on left is for coilover applications with CCK's only and no one else's coilovers and UrS4/6 Bilstein struts. Shouldered sleeve/Uni-Torque on right is for using Mance-Mounts with stock/aftermarket lowering springs and UrS4/6 Bilsteins.

Pro-Mount Adapter Kits...

Pro-Mounts with CCK & UrS struts will use adapter kit on Left in pic. Non-coilover Pro-Mounts using stock springs/shocks will continue to use "original" Pro-Mount adapter kit on Right.

And now we've come full-circle and end where we started, ie; Pro-Mount adapters...

for the cars using BBSE's with stock/aftermarket sport springs "WITH" UrS Bilstein struts. Again you'll have to use that 11/16" or 17mm drill bit I described in the original post to enlarge the cupped washers in your mounts just like you did for your upper perches. I can help in this area by selling you alloy cupped washers that are bored to 16.7mm for a perfect ultra-close tolerance fit to the larger UrS Bilstein threaded shafts. In fact I can sell these to any/all Pro-Mount users with their suspension upgrades and either in stock or bored configurations. Pricing info will be released near the time of custom strut release mid-July to early August.
The Uni-torque nuts for this application have to be counter-bored to clear the machined non-threaded sleeves on the UrS Bilstein perches.
This is the end of this update for now. As you can see, this is anything but simple/easy as there's about 10 options between 2 strut mounts. When ordering BBSE's, CCK's and/or custom struts I'll need to ask some questions regarding all of the things mentioned in this post then I'll supply what you need in your kit(s) based on that data.
OK, now back on my CCK bicycle for another 11-12 hours in my sprint for the finish line.

Of course you are. Everyone likely is. And that's EXACTLY why I said;...
"When ordering BBSE's, CCK's and/or custom struts I'll need to ask some questions regarding all of the things mentioned in this string of posts then I'll supply what you need in your kit(s) based on that data." And also notice it's in the VERY post you responded to. No worries, after I ask my series of questions there will be no mistakes. Beyond that it's only necessary, and probably most likely I'll be the only one that ever fully understands. Thats why the lead post says; "time you guys were brought in on the complexities of mount adaptation" and nothing about "I can make you understand all of them." This is a VERY complicated/complex project on the order of a hundred times more complex than any other "one-size-fits-all" modification/component I've ever taken on. And I'm not fully up to speed on it nor have everything dedicated to rote memory as of yet. But I do have the "cheat-sheet" questionaire ;-)
So no need for clarification as I know all the correct questions to ask so you don't have to. And nary a single one of these has any affect on cost as that remains constant for the package you order rather than any individual mounting adaptation you need.

Re: OEM Upper Perches. Is the reason for the construction ...
differences between the Front & Rear U/P's anything more than just to provide two different assembled heights? IIRC Fr. & Rr. Perches are different heights. Do each fit in the oposite ends of the car?
