The hUmpday Carlisle g2g report:-->70 Audis registered! FOOD thread inside!
With the ACNA's registrants we are into the 80's! (My final total last year was 44, so we're kicking a$$ this year!)
May 18-20, Carlisle, PA Fairgrounds. Online registration is available at the link at the bottom of this post. <u>If you haven't registered yet, you're a slacker, and now you're going to have to pay for it. Literally.</u> It's now $25 for you, your car and one guest all weekend, and $25 to camp all weekend. How to info is in the link at the bottom of this post! Only 9 days until the show!

<b>FRIDAY 7pm DINNER:</b>
I have a reservation for 70 at <a href="http://www.marketcrosspub.com/">the Market Cross pub</a> Friday night at 7pm. Unfortunately, we have filled all 70 slots, with 4 people on the waiting list (one of Bill Miller's guests, Andrew, Jenn, and Barbie.) The reservation is under my name at 7pm, and I said we would all get there then. Please be sure to bring cash...I'm sure they won't do 70 separate checks (probably 1 to a table?), so have cash on hand and let's make this easy.

<b>SATURDAY BBQ:</b>
Most of you know we have a big BBQ on Saturday. The only way this can happen is if <u>everyone brings something</u> for the BBQ. <b>PLEASE post up what you can provide in this thread!</b> It can't happen smoothly unless we work together here. There is 2x as many people coming this year, sooo...keep that in mind. If you don't want to eat at the BBQ and want to get Subway or something else on site, then you don't have to contribute. Here's a list of what we need.
<u>Grills:</u>
The AudiTrippin' gentlemen are bringing along the old boy we've used the last 3 years. Zack is bringing up a charcoal grill too. If anyone else has them (or can go buy one for ~$15) please do. A few folks (Frank?) brought along table top grills last year...do we still have them? We can't forget, charcoals, starter fluid stuff, and matches!!
<u>Paper/Utensils:</u>
*Napkins and paper towels.
----We are sloppy.
*CUPS!
----If we're having kegs and Kurt's jungle juice, we'll need cups!
*Plastic spoons/forks/knives.
*Spatulas
----So as not to necessitate the removal of someone's license again.
<u>Stuff to cook:</u>
*Burgers and dogs.
----I will hit up Sams and bring my usual box of frozen burgers. We will need more though! If you don't eat these, might want to bring something you do. What about kielbasa?
*Cheese slices
*Buns
----We're gonna need something to put the food on!
<u>Condiments:</u>
*Ketchup, mustard, relish, etc.
*Coolers with ice.
----Some people in years past just brought a few styrofoam disposable ones loaded w/ ice. Great idea, then you can pitch them there! Or just bring a big one w/ your name on it. We'll need them!
<u>Drinks:</u>
*Bottled water
----We're not taking just a bottle for you...be generous and bring a case or two. If it's hot and you're hungover, this is a Godsend.
*Soda
----Last year people brought cases. This was great!
*Beer
----Carlisle rules say no bottles (though Arpy always bring bottles!). The Audi Trippin boys have always collected money after dinner on Friday and pick up a keg in Carlisle. That still the plan? Kurt has the jungle juice covered
<u>Sides:</u>
*Chips and pretzels
*Snacks
*Sweets/desserts
Whatever YOU think makes a BBQ good. Bizarre condiments and/or hot sauces, snacks, chips, dips, side dishes, etc.
<b>STUFF:</b>
I ordered 50 credential holders. Obviously we won't have enough, but I'm sure we'll survive. If you still have your fun Audi ones from last year, feel free to bring them. Toyo is shipping me lanyards again...I'll let you know the color, etc when I get them.

Pumpkin I would bring some cups,forks,plates,1 case of water,frozen hot dogs maybe burgers, chees,wine and of course some bottled bear
