Noise behind serpentine belt

Noise behind serpentine belt
I just had my timing belt, water pump, and pully tensioner replaced a couple hundred miles ago. I just noticed that there is a rubbing/whirling noise coming from the passenger side, behind the plastic engine cover that sits just behind the serpentine belt. Does that make sense?
I first thought it was the serpentine belt rubbing against the plastic fan shroud, but no luck. The noise is not constant, it makes that 'rubbing' sound about 2 times a second at idle but increases with speed as the RPM's increase. (see why I thought it was related to the belt?)
Have you guys got any idea of what could be causing this?

Makes perfect sense - sounds like your TB is rubbing against the cover. That plastic cover w/ clips
just behinds the serpentine belt covers the timing belt itself. You should be able to get that plastic cover off w/o any serious disassembly. See if you see signs of rubbing on the inside of this cover. They can get misaligned rather easily.
