Default HELP WITH LOSS OF POWER AND A POP SOUND

Had loss of power on my 2000 2.8 v6 auto and it makes a pop sound when I try and accelerate hard.

I thought it was the maf. I changed it and still not working.

Tried rewiring the cables to the maf and still nothing.

pulled off each ht lead and all sparking well.

what now?

oh and no fault codes

The pop is probably backfire in the intake from an extremley lean condition. You have either broken or stuck open crankcase vent valve, big air leak, big vacuum leak. What codes come up after driving? MAF low signal? Lean fuel trim? Missfires?

Also put some injector cleaner in and ran it a while last night and have now left it over night. So fingures crossed its a blocked injector

Runs better but under hard load it misses and get a pop through the intake.
ordered new pugs, fuel filter and check the wiring and cant see any vacuum leaks.
what next
