Default Vacuum Tubing hard?

Going over the engine, I found that the vacuum line between the two front divert air valves has the cloth covering coming off one end. I started to look for a cracked line, but found the one side was soft and pliable, but the other, that still has the cloth cover was hard as a rock. Could this be clogged?

I took pics, but can't get them off my danged phone...

Just replace ALL the lines you can get to.

Sounds like a plan.

Can;t hurt, and looks like the tubing is cheap.
What should i use to replace the factory camps? Just regular SS band clamps ok?

I used tension hose clamps and they seem to work just fine.
