Default skipped timing after timing belt job

Ling story short. replaced my timing belt last year. wasn't comfortable doing cam seals. passenger side started leaking so swapped it out got belt back on started to up everything was good. reassembled some more. started it up. loud clunking. shut it down. took out the spark plugs, pass side cylinder closest to firewall has an eaten up spark plug. f***. anyways. got the head off last night and like I thought a valve broke off and bounced around. the head chamber is pretty banged up, as is the piston. the cylinder walls look perfect surprisingly. but the top of the piston has pretty severe gouging. what is the next step from here?
