P0141 and P0036
I have looked around and can't quite figure out exactly what these codes mean. I know that it refers to the O2 sensor correct? Do I just buy a new one and replace it?
Codes:
P0141: O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Bank 1 Sensor 2
P0036: H02S Heater Control Circuit Bank 1 Sensor 2
My car goes off the line alright but higher RPMs it just cuts back like it looses all its power. It still accelerates but extremely slow. When the car gets heated up it just doesn't pick up speed very well.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but is this the sensor after the cat? Where exactly is this located, and can anyone direct me to where I can get one?
Thanks!

This code is the passenger side after cat oxygen sensor. Though it shouldnt have anything to do with what your experiencing. Replacing it should make that code go away. The loss of power must be something like a loose hose clamp or torn boost pipe. Or it could be over boosting and going into limp mode. Theres alot of possibility and we dont have enough info.

Weird.. That's what I thought too buy it started happening right when the code came on. My car just doesn't have the power it used to. I checked the hoses when it started but I didn't see any issues. I didn't check the lower hoses near the intercooler, I will have to take a peek and see if there are any issues. Thanks for the information.
