Anybody? I'm looking for any info on either hpfp or lpfp or even g247 low pressure sender failure I'm afraid my car is about to die and want to know if it will at least keep limping until I can get it somewhere to fix it. Seriously anything please!

I bought the A4 damaged. The previous owner said it was running fine until he noticed smoke coming out from under the hood after the cam follower failed and blew a hole in the cam cover. It is possible to not have any symptoms and have a failed HPFP follower. If you suspect a failure and are past the 120k mark I would stop running the engine until you can verify the follower.
