Default A4 Timing Belt Replacement

Own 2002 A4 1.8T with 31000 miles. Is it wise to replace due to age? If so, what other maintenence should be taken care of at the same time? Water pump, other belts, etc.
Thanks for your assistance.

My service advisor told me i didn't need to change it yet at 60k. Why the discrepancy do you think?
