A very sad update on the 12 valve robbery.
As many of you know I was robbed weeks ago by a member of the 12 valve community. A member that was found solely by the help and leg work of the members of this forum. The out pouring of help and support was tremendous and I thank you all. The suspect was questioned nearly a week ago at which point there was no physical evidence but through questioning and the information and e-mails recieved here the detective was certain he was guilty and likely faced prison time due to his prior convictions.
It is with deep regret that I report that this member commited suicide earlier this week. Obviously none of us would have ever anticipated this outcome, yet I feel in a strange way somewhat responsible. If nothing else this situation has given me a great amount of perspective. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and loved ones.

I understand what you mean about feeling responsible, but you really shouldn't. He made the decisions which resulted this way, unfortunately that's the way it goes sometimes.
