That Picture looks real familiar

Maybe the picture is supplied by Lysholm?
Everyone who sells Lysholm superchargers would be able to use the picture, because Lysholm will allow use of the picture for promotional use.

And Ehgartener-Tuning isn't an authorized distributor or installer?
The company name comes up often on German car forums, but I have no idea how their reputation is. What I can tell you is that Mickey Mouse operations like MoldyDyne ;-) can't operate in Germany. They'd be shut down faster than they could open. Copyright laws are also very much enforced. Maybe contact them and ask them your questions about the source and the use the Lysholm image: info@ehgartner-tuning.de

Perhaps I misunderstood something, but he just said they ARE an authorized distributor.
They are, however, trying to sell 12v superchargers with a picture of a 30v supercharger.
I'm curious who developed the 12v blower they claim they sell, since PES, the source of the 30v unit shown, does not make a 12v kit.
For the European market developing a 12v supercharger would not as hard as it is in North America - Euro 12v ECUs are tunable.

When I skimmed across the German site...
I came across Lysholm being mentioned as the supplier for their superchargers. I think you saw <a href="http://www.ehgartner-tuning.de/Komp/G2SC_1.jpg"> this picture</a>?
I don't see any picture where they show the wrong supercharger squatting on a 12v engine.
The 12v and 30v engine are mentioned in one breath. If you mean <a href="http://www.ehgartner-tuning.de/Komp/G3_4.jpg"> this picture</a>, it says "30v" engine right under it.
