anyone know where I can get a urethane snub mount? also...
can anyone recommend which engine & tranny mounts to buy? I have a '96 QM, and the engine mounts have to be replaced. I should do them all, right? Any help will be greatly appreciated!

and am waiting for his reply. Thanks for the instructions on how to search! Wow! I actually wanted to know if they are sold at a store now, as I read all the posts. Mance is the only one, and those posts are at least a year and a half old. I guess I should be more specific: ANYTHING NEW TO ADD TO THE 12V FORUMS ON THE TOPIC OF ENGINE MOUNTS?

a '96 A4 is the same as a '97-2001 A4...
hence the snub mounts are the exact same from model year to model year... so you can find that there are a LOT of people who sell snub mounts, not just Mance (if he still does).
as for motor mounts and tranny mounts, this was covered ad-nauseum... so go look and find it

thanks for the help, didnt know about the allroad conversion, or ....
that the later models' mounts can be used. I got an email back from Mance, the urethane mounts are still available! From all the write-ups, they seem to be the best choice. By the way, I did search the forums, and read about a lot of people using the 2.8L mounts on their cars, but not any other upgrades. Anyway, thanks again!
