When I went to silicone hose this was left off from the original breather hoses.

Default It would appear so, hasn't been connected for a while but I'd like to merge it back to the...
breather hose.

Default You could replace it with the complete OEM version, part is pricey though...
If you've been running the engine with that hose open to the fresh air, you may have pluggged your suction pump AND you have been running lean mixture since it connects directly to the intake manifold.

Nah, I'll make a new "T" to integrate it with my breather hoses.

Default I have the whole section in one piece.
$5 + the shipping and its yours.
I took it off a A6 in hopes that it would work on my A4.. it didnt.
