epoxy putty to use on DIYTB..

I just got the TB back from being ultrasonically cleaned and am about to start roughing up the area outside the primary.
Question is what epoxy to use? The epoxy I see in your pictures is light gray and seems to have a smooth texture.. May I ask what it is?
If you're not willing to release that info I understand, I'll keep looking.
