Default 2004 A4 1.8T won't start

2004 A4 1.8T Front wheel drive
VIN: WAUJC68E44A215702
Manufacture date: 02/04
Obd2 codes: p0420, p0243, & p0171

Notable work done: factory recall replacement of coils a couple years ago.

My gut tells me I ran the turbo too long. One on a recent road trip to Salt Lake City, (15 hour drive) and then a three hour stop n go for construction for 50 miles in the mountains, followed by four hours of non-stop driving, a week later. Not allowing the turbo to cool sufficiently during these trips. It would not start the next day. The p0420 code has been on for some time, the p0171 and p0243 codes are new. I replaced both O2 sensors around two years ago. There was a 'whine/hum' coming from what I assume is the fuel pump for the past couple years. Can anyone help me determine what I must do to be up and running again?

Start with the usual:
Do you have spark?
Do you have fuel?
Both easily checked.
